  • Duhh
That's why people shouldn't hide it and they should seek help immediately
It's also why more countries should take mental illnesses more seriously, and make their treatement much more accessible to common people

  • Well I used to have depression and I never told anyone about it nor got it treated, and it ended up going away by itself. I don't think I've been left with any neurological damage because of it.

  • Yes. I think it's already taken slight affect.

My situation is not great and is in fact horrible, it's not get better and to top it all off I suffer from clinical depression anyway.

  • Yes. But note that this only happens if you have an actual disorder or if it’s recurring. A one time episode of anxiety/depression doesn’t leave permanent damage.
