Healthy Meals/Snacks - For Someone on a Diet

My New Year's Resolution was to lose 25 Ibs this year... I've been eating pretty healthy, but I'm trying to think of new things to eat. I have 6 meals a day (4 meals, 2 snacks). Right now an average day would look like this:

1) Cereal & an apple (meal)

2) Yogurt (snack)

3) Soup & carrots (meal)

4) Special K meal bar (meal)

5) Cucumber (snack)

6) Weight Watchers frozen meal (Pizza)

Most of this doesn't require any preparation or cooking, but I'd like to start cooking.

Any ideas...
