  • Not everybody sweats a lot. I'm in shape but I sweat a lot, like from just walking up the stairs. My friend barely sweats even after running for an hour. Maybe you just don't sweat much, but that doesn't mean you aren't getting a good workout

Ok! Thanks for the insight. I just feel as if I could really use a good sweat..

  • Are you drinking enough water? Should prob be drinking at least 2.5 litres a day!

  • "I sweat during workouts" - that does not count?

Are your muscles tired or sore afterwards? If so, you have done something.

It actually doesn’t! I’m not sweating as much as I feel I should.. and yes my muscles get sore afterwards.. depending on what I do it could be days.

Then you are making progress. Don't expect changes overnight, it will take months, nay a few years even, although if you are only 15 it may be easier.

Yeah, I’ve been told that my age is an advantage.. never would I expect immediate results that’s foolish! It didn’t take a week to gain 150 pounds, and it won’t take a week to lose it 😩

  • Nothing gets me sweating like a good cardio workout, really anything where I have to run consistently without taking many breaks

  • I personally went to gym like every other weeks around a year or two ago. I never really broke sweat either.

  • No body can break a sweat.. Because sweat is in liquid form.! Huhuhu

Lmao, but seriously.. I don’t sweat enough! People are sweating waterfalls and I’m over here with a tiny bit of moisture and I drink enough water.

Running is bad for my knees, arthritis is prominent in my family apparently. I’ve even tried working out in a sweatshirt before and I sweated but it just made me dizzy.
