Combat and sword :)
I train in the use of katana and long swords.And my combat training involves conditioning my body to be able to fight effectively if necessary, including weight training, training my reflexes through repetitive practice and building my stamina through exercises like carrying weights up and down stairwells and other such things.I know training as a warrior is not perceived as being necessary in this day and time, but as a man, I believe it is something that men need to be able to do to protect those close to them.
Do you it every day?
Nah. Im an old soldier with good Ravioli appetite.. Its not for a grandpa like me "everyday". Twice a week or so.But I run about 20 km at least... Each time.

I've been doing it at home recently, though I'd love to join a class someday, it's such a great warm up.

Steady state or HIIT?
Steady state, it’s my warm up. I typically do about a 7 to 11 incline and 3 for speed
Same here mainly for rowing then HIIT for cross trainerI bet you have a lot of stamina though :)
