  • If that picture is the same person then assuming they're not a model who can essentially treat working out/diet as a job, then definitely over a year. You can see improvements in around a month due to beginner gains, but after that it'll be a long and slow process that requires consistency and good nutrition

  • lol... ya ok
thats going to take like 5 years of serious lifting girl hahah... thats no joke and girls don't gain muscle that fast either

    • So ur telling me i can never have a big ass? I can't grow my ass?

    • you can but if you are looking for a butt like hers, that's almost 5 inches of extra meat... if not more it would take almost 5 years of consistent working out and eating on point to get your booty jacked up like that you will have to lift some serious weight girls with a butt like that from working out easily squat huge amounts and can lift a lot... so get ready for some heavy lifting lol thats all im saying, yes you can... but it takes serous dedication to get a butt like that unless its 80% genetics and natural, which most often is the case which super nice butts

    • So me going to gym 5 times a week , lifting weights and all is a waste of time then?

  • Depends oh how hard someone kicks you in the ass and how many times. Plus those are 2 different types of bottoms. One will accentuate your booty way better than the other.

  • For what it's worth, I like the shape of the left butt much (much!) more..

But, how long it'll take depends a lot on your genes.

  • I'd also say about 5 years

  • It takes a consider amount of time. Legs are way harder to train compared to upper body. You're really gonna have to put in the work lol

    • So more than a year?

    • Yeah it could take more than a year. Depends on how hard you're working out, and of course how well you eat. But just know that it's not easy lol.

  • You ain't getting there that fast unless you have it in your genetics.

    • Some girls dont have the genes but they achieved a good big ass

    • Just so you know, I chose 9-11 months. Now to achieve those yams, within a time of 4-5 months from that base. She must be going to the gym 24/7.

    • Yeah im talking about my friend She goes 5 times a week She used to have a flat ass but now her ass is amazing

  • How long would it take? It would take until you die and are reincarnated to be someone else. Booties don't grow like that naturally. You have to be born with the genetic makeup to have that shape. You could wait 50 years and your brown eyes still won't turn blue. The only chance you would have of altering your body that way would be plastic surgery, and even that may not be possible.

    • You cannot change your bone structure no matter how much you work out. That shape requires a different bone structure.

    • So me going to gym 5 times a week , lifting weights and all is a waste of time then?

    • I didn't say that. It will firm your muscle tone all over. But it won't make your booty protrude any significant amount. In fact it might make it tighter and smaller.

  • Use butter

  • That booty is all about dedication. There are no short cuts.

  • I'm not sure exercise can change the shape of your butt. It just firms it up

  • I think 🤔 not possible in gym ⛹ , maybe it depends on your genetic but some girls get it bigger when they sexully active or after marriage. Now it depends on your act.

  • It's not just a matter of going to the gym. If you don't eat enough, you won't grow it. That's the #1 mistake I see people make.
