My only option is to exercise at home. I have a treadmill in my garage and 20 pound or 5 pound weights. I could do 100 jumping jacks,50 squats daily, 20 push ups, planks, 60 crunches, and 60 bycicles daily. I tend to have a weak stamina so running is hard so i try to jog instead. I am very insecure of myself and i hate my body i need help.
And body fat please help i have like a weird underbelly i want to get rid of my back waist and everything else excpet my boobs
