Exercise isn’t something I can do and my family focuseS on academics do I can’t play sports. I have no self restraint for dieting... it’s either no food or binging. Help please. I know I’m shitty at this but I jus want a quick rlly effective method. I’m not going to do it for the rest of my life jus like fasting for 1 day or sum or throwing up a few times. Does it work?
