I weighed 230 at first and got all the way down to 190. I was motivated by a breakup and now that I’m over it, I now am back in the 200s. I can’t see myself getting back at 230 bc my weight loss journey has become a lifestyle but with all these new problems in my life I’m having trouble getting my mojo back. I don’t want to be want of those people who gain weight back. That won’t be me! So I’m realizing that I need help and came here. Has anyone gone through this?
