My bmi is almost 16. My doctor keeps telling me to eat whatever I want to gain weight, and my family tells me I look like a walking stick figure. I feel like I look fat though. My stomach isn't perfectly flat, my thighs have fat on the back of them, my face looks too chubby. I know I'm technically underweight, my ribs are clearly showing, so why do I still feel like I look fat, and how do I stop feeling this way?
