Has anyone else not felt too good after sleeping for a long time?

I usually sleep for about 6 or 7 hours. Usually from 1:00 am to 8:00 am or 3:00 am to 9:00 am.
But yesterday I was tired earlier (which might have been because I didn’t sleep as much the day before) so I went to sleep at 11:30 and got up at a little after 8:00.
I felt like I had a headache, I felt like I didn’t have much energy, and my back hurts a little.
Has anyone else not felt too good after sleeping for a long time?
