It's Called eating healthy , it sucks but that's the only thing that works , basically saying No to all the good foods out there and drinking lots of water , basically just stick to drinking water mainly and eating salad and veggies, chicken with no skin , cut out sugar, exercise at least 3 to 4 times a Week and starve yourself , say no to birthday cakes at partys , so no to buffets and fast food pretty much starve yourself give yourself 1 cheat day , the day you eat pizza, burgers and drink beer but make sure you dont overdue it to much , it sucks bro but thats the only way you can drop the pounds , make yourself a routine and stick with it

that depends on your lifestyle. you won't lose weight if you overeat, drink alcohol and have a lot of factors that contribute to weight gain. i would suggest you go for a fast-paced walk. and when you are done with that walk, do it again! then swim some laps in a pool and do some stomach exercises. try the keto diet while doing all of this for about 2 months. you'll see a significant change in your body.
