no id melt and hold on lol you're welcome and another way to relax is by keeping your phone and pc off or completely away from you and unable to disturb you until your wake up time. A hot bubble bath is another solution to feeling relaxed or even swimming. Also drinking a glass of water before bed helps calm your blood pressure.
Wow thanks for the many tips! I’ll try them out. I moved my computer away from me last night but I use these YouTube videoes to calm down with breathing and stuff and it just shuffles to the next video when I’m done with that. Can I maybe turn it off? Wish I had a hot tub, I have not..
have you not got an ipod/iphone, or ipad? You see what you can do on it is play youtube but it tells you when to go to sleep and then anything between the time you set 12am-8am for example any notifications you receive you won't hear. Yes id recommend turning off your pc after youve watched a breathing technique all because it makes noise. Other things, i prefer my room not to be pitch black but have a little light come through my curtains so i leave them a little bit open. Hmm dont you have a bath in your bathroom in norway? :D nobody has hot-tubs unless wealthy
Oh right I can do that! Do I go to settings on the iPhone then? Smart advice :) I sleep with the light off but a red chain of light-roses at the end of my room. Well Norway is wealthy but not everybody in Norway 😅 I live in a tiny basement flat under a family haha🙈
haha a basement flat, okay. Yeah so go to the clock app and you'll see a button called bedtime.I mean if you haven't got a bathtub or hottub just go swimming. I like to sit in the warmer shallow pool and float on the water and make starfishes lol It totally takes all my stresses away and a lot of the unwanted nitrogen in my body goes as i tend to find my legs sinking after about 10-15mins but before that i can float without needing to kick.
I made a plan on the bedtime-thingy on my alarm system now! Thanks! I’m gonna try it out tonight, I’m excited:) and the swimming part fits in well too, I think I can swim free at the local swimming pool with my student card. What do you think about sauna? Does that help?
Yes it’s definitely good after exercise and so just drink enough water 👌🏽 Good luck with it all and let me know how it goes
