right now i get about 3 hours of sleep , i had toe surgery and if i sit or lay down for more than 5 minutes it hurts too much , and i wake up every 25 minutes and have to sit up or stand instead of sleep.
7-8 hours. But depends on how much I slept the day before. If I overslept the day before probably a 5 hour sleep will be just fine, and the opposite.
I've been up for more than 24 hours right now. About to head out for the day as well. Feeling a bit tired.
I run best on 4-5 hours. I get cranky if I sleep too much. Once every few weeks though I need to sleep like 12 hours... sleep debt I guess.
Between 5 and 6 hours.
7 or 8 hours. And yes i'm fine.
