What have you done, workout-wise, this week?

Here’s a sample of what I’ve done.
These workouts are usually done in the morning ideally, so that I can reserve the afternoon or evening solely for running or rucking.
I’m always improving everyday, upping the total volume, reps, and work done per week. There’s many ways to progress.

If I’m not running in the afternoon or evening, I’ll do another one of these workouts, for a total of 2 in the entire day. Of course I change up the workouts/exercises.
I usually like training 2x a day, ideally.
