How do I stay motivated in the gym when Im doing cardio?

I want to burn at least 300 calories on running machine in the gym every day, but for some reason i just get so bored and i absolutely hate running in an environement like that, but i need to do it to burn a bit of fat off my stomache, I dont mind doing other body exercises for toning but its just the cardio i dread every time, I want to set a goal every morning i wake up at 8 and go to the gym and burn 300 calories, that is my goal, I never go out and im starting to feel depressed and i need to do something to make myself feel better.
How do I stay motivated in the gym when Im doing cardio?
