Shoulders for Bench?

Does anybody know what shoulder workouts help your bench press I heard it was strictly targeting the lats and shit but I don’t know I do see it improving with military presses but I’m still not sure. Anybody care to elaborate the importance of the shoulders and back in a bench press. Because not to flatter myself but I’m just a bit jacked and I see taller people that are much skinnier than me bench pressing much more than me, I should be around the 315 range but I’m stuck on 225.
