So, I used to be fat/chubby, but I toned down. I eat healthy and exercise, but no matter what I do, I can't lose my belly fat, mostly on the side ( it's not even visible unless I take off my shirt ). There's not much of it, just a little, but it's bugging me that it's there. I don't want a six-pack, just to lose that little belly fat that's still there. So do you guys know any good exercises for that? Or some exercises that tightens the skin a bit?
