So rn I’m currently bulking on a 250 surplus at about 2,490 calories a day. I always have trouble hitting my goal without going over my carb goal which is high anyway at about 311 grams a day. My macros are 50% carbs 25% protein and 25% fat. I was just wondering if it’s ok to go over some of my marcos as long as i’m in my calorie range and i won’t gain extra weight because of going over my macros. Thanks !
