Yea I used to jog every day at least a mile but I would do 3. But now I'm 19 and I got lazy pretty much let go a little but it got hard to do. it's like I want too but shit I'm 200 lbs now I was 145 all that fat got me bad but I did bulk up
Well you outta try going to a gym and doing some cardio there it's easier to build up that way.
