In college I lost 42 pounds going to the gym hard core every day for 4 months and eating an extremely healthy diet. I didn't have any loose skin. I think it depends on the length of time you've been overweight, your age, and if you're also doing some work on your muscles. When you're young/haven't had any children, it's a lot easier not to have loose skin than when you're older because you have less elasticity or snap back in your skin.

It may get a little loose but not as bad as the pictures there. unless you are talking about like 100 pounds of weight loss.

Lol no im only 160pounds If i lose 100pounds ill be skinny as heck 😂
Or just dead. And skin is naturally elastic so it will bounce back. it does loose some elasticity with age so better to get it over with now rather than put it off and let it get worse.
You will get loose skin and look prematurely aged. There is nothing wrong with being 160 lbs, instead of going on crash diets to loose weight only to regain it later you should work on accepting your body and having a positive self image. You are amazing the way you are.
