Is it good to lift everyday? When I first started lifting it was twice a week and mostly cardio. Although I'm really out of practice, I started lifting but little 20 lbs dumbbells this time. I know my arms feel like jello but I'm still getting used to working out again.
My stomach is like killing me too? My back is messed up so I can't even do that many crunches but I feel sick all the time? Is that normal? Maybe because I cut my calories back so much?
