I worked in Dermatology and the answer is usually hormones. Hormonal zits usually come around the mouth area. If you were to start taking a low hormone birth control pill that would definitely assist in making that pattern end. Dont pick! And its important you know that I'm not a Dr. I just wrote the prescriptions and typed in the observations, diagnosis and treatment plan prior to the Dr. Seeing the patient. Majority of the time I didn't have to change the treatment plan. Good luck!

@Ciel66 they are ok, but when you squeeze it can open up the pore and attract bacteria in there and cause an infection, which will generate puss which will increase the size of the hole. That's were the scar comes from. This style of make up that covers can cause a problem. Then not cleansing can do damage.
Your face is so delicate, when young. The moisturiser I use has no perfume in it so to cut out any problem. Even at my age I try to keep it soft. Coming from a male may sound strange...
