this would be every other day
Nice way of putting it at the same time encouraging cause after a while it becomes not so fun. But forget no matter how days. Your diet matters a lot.
It takes so much longer tho. If you work out and diet you’ll lose it so fast 👌🏻 especially with weight training
@Motherofdragons13 That's true. The only problem is if you workout, that will increase your appetite so it's still important to eat the right diet either way. The other problem with relying on exercise is that usually people aren't consistent. If you are concerned with long term results, I think diet is easier to do long term.
@Motherofdragons13 Not true, it's purely about calorie deficit. Eating a 300 calorie deficit vs eating a 100 calorie deficit and burning 200 calories in cardio will have the same effect as both have a 300 calorie deficit. It's true that doing the exercise will be healthier as cardiovascular exercise is good for you, but in terms of purely weight, it'll make no difference. Calories in vs Calories out is all that matters for losing weight
@HotJealousyThat's true and it's why I think diet is more important long term. Not many people will consistently burn 400 calories on a treadmill for running 40 minutes but they can consistently drop 500 a day for a pound a week results. 2 kg or 5 pounds in a month is impressive.
It's better to build muscle, with a side of cardio isn't it?
if u wanna lose weight tho u need lots of cardio then u can focus on building muscle
