That's interesting. I never heard anyone mention mental health when talking about losing weight. It is true that both depression and anxiety can cause overeating.
And did you just calorie count no physical training at all? Or was some of that mixed in?
No gym; just a lot of walking. The smart watch encourages me to move every hour. I did hike but those were very sporadic. I average about 7500 steps per day. If you have stairs available, use them.
My friend mentioned Keto then told me I couldn’t eat fruit which I thought was stupid. Especially since I usually make smoothies.
You can eat fruit on keto. What you’re trying to avoid is those processed carbs like in bread, pasta, etc. google the best fruits for the keto diet. I lost 60 pounds this year.
