I always think about food. I lost 15 kg / 33 lbs this year by making myself sick but I'm clean for like 4 months and since then, I started to count calories, I eat around 3000 cals everyday for 1-2 weeks then starve with 400-500 cals in the other weeks and exercise because of the feeling regret. I always gain and lose. And my weight is 55 kg / 121 lbs for now and my height is 165 cm / 5,4 inch. I also have anxiety. Do I have an ed? If it is, what should I do?
