I run a lot too. And would pick also running and after running weight lifting.
Do you run long distances or are you a sprinter?
I run most times 5km. Sometimes 10km.In general I avoid longer distances. I once run 20km and there were little side effects I did not like. Not a big deal but still.. ;-)Not only I love running but I am so happy I started to run since also I discovered how running cloths are comfy ( running tights etc. ). So now I use them for other exercise.
