@serious No, it's called getting old! 😆Your metabolism slows down the older you get. So to counter it, I stay as active as possible and watch my food intake

Yes, for your question.Well, I have a normal metabolism meaning I can put on weight if I eat too much or don't watch my intake and I can lose weight quite easily if I am strict about my input and with exercise.
