Ya it’s normal because your body allocated a lot of resources to repairing the muscle damage from working out so the immune system suffersAlso a key factor is if you train hard, like you do, your body loses a lot of glutamine during the workout So a good way to help repair and prevent the immune system from getting to stressed from your heavy workouts -> try to find a product called L-glutamine. It’s basically a amino acid so it’s safe to take. Usually about 5-10 grams after your workout will help will all thatCheck it out. It’s cheap and looks like this
Lol pun intended! But no it's when you are lying on your back, legs extended, ankles together arms and hands at your sides. You lift your head and feet exactly 6 inches from the floor and hold it.. until you can't anymore! Gradually you will be able to hold for longer and longer periods.
