How do I make myself less miserable and sensitive to stress?

I’m not happy with my life at all. I’m very sensitive to stress, I get stressed out all the time. I automatically get stressed out every time someone starts talking to me. I live with my parents and my dad’s an asshole and I can’t leave my room without him bitching at me about something and my parents hate each other and always scream at each other. I’m not good at having a job because of anxiety and every job I ever had I had an asshole boss who would either overwork me and talk shit about me or only give me 4 hours a week. I wish I could feel less miserable and stop getting stressed out so much.
How do I make myself less miserable and sensitive to stress?
