When anxiety strikes, how do you deal with it?

So I used to struggle with anxiety and thought this year I should start on prioritising myself, valuing myself instead of feeling not good enough which it makes me anxious several times. At this kind of situation, I always think that no one will comprehend what I really feel at times. And I always assume that I am just a mess. I just need some persuasion that it's normal or its not normal?
