Close to 3% of people that have become infected so far have died, but if you examine deaths to recoveries the number are a bit more grim. 56 deaths : 52 recoveries. A lot of people are still fighting through it in the hospital. We likely will not have an accurate picture for several more weeks.
True this is just from early reports it's still a very new virus. But it's not like it's killing absolutely everyone who's catching it. Really the most dangerous part is how your changes without symptoms. I can see a bigger fear is future generations of virus mutated to be more lethal. Also under inform people are going to start Going crazy thinking they have it and going to the ER. Making it so we have a huge costs from them What will likely also spread the disease even more going into hotspots for it. Maybe fun to see it wipeout 10% of the human population. Be nice if it starts breaking out in the homeless encampments Can start fixing that problem with mother nature
But didn’t they confirm that the people that have died from it were older with previous health issues?
It just gives the media something to talk about, it’s literally swine flu and Ebola all over again.
