How can I get used to working out in the morning?

I am used to workout in the evening, I feel so much energy.
But the gym I go to now does not have many weights and always very crowded from 2 pm until late at night. I want to get used to workout when I wake up, but the thing is when I wake up I need at least two hours for my brain to function and I feel really awake. I tried but I was not able to do the workout like the evening, any trick to get used to workout in the morning. I do not mind spending an hour to prepare but I do not waste two hours just to be ready to workout.
How can I get used to working out in the morning?
