I'm joking just get personal trainer and show them what you want to look like. You won't look just like her, but you'll come close.
That girl is pretty close to what our bodies would look like naturally prior to fast food civilization. A person doesn't have to starve to look lean like her. If you're starving, it's because you're eating typical western junk. Although she is on the extreme side of being thin (which is fine). I'm talking about a person being lean in general.
