I don't really see myself as physically strong. I feel that every girl I know is physically stronger than me. I've only recently started going to the gym and weightlifting. So like, at what point would I be considered "physically strong"? Or at least so I don't have to worry about most girls be stronger than me.
Sheesh this became more popular than I expected. And damn. I can't even do a single proper pushup. Wtf is wrong with me? I can do sets with 20 lbs dumbells but what is wrong with me? I wish I was born with better physical strength.
When someone says the average bench press is like 125 or something, do they mean they should usually do multiple set with that amount or does it mean one single full of energy lift?
