How to get more defined abs?

I have been training for 1 year and i have managed to gain some muscle and strength but i want my abs to pop out more. What do i have to do (diet and training wise) to make my abs more defined. I am 20 years old, 6ft2/189 cm tall and i weigh 86 kg/190 lbs. max bench: 200lbs/90kg, squat 275 lbs/125 kg and max deadlift 375 lbs/170 kg. I train 4 days a week (two leg and and two upper body days) and i eat roughly 2800 calories each day
