And please don't do a low carb diet. It's incredibly harmful in the long term.
I don’t do the low carb thing, I do low fat low sugar. More sustainable for my long term life. I’m a vegetarian, but I can’t be a vegan now. Maybe when I’m older and in my own place, but my college doesn’t offer enough vegan foods for me to do that. I don’t eat a lot of dairy though (as I said, I eat low fat).
I’m 5’5. My BFP is 26% though.
I mean you look pretty healthy. If you were going to lose weight it wouldn't be that much.

I recently found a good app to count my calories. It’s pretty difficult nonetheless because I eat at a campus dining hall. I have to just pick whatever calorie number I think is right with what I’m eating.
at least you'll have some ballpark range xD I never counted any caloroes but having a sportwatch allows me to gauge if I should rather eat less or if I can go full fattie mode xD You look cute btw!
That’s what I’m trying to work on/learn how to do. Keep in mind, I’m a college student, so I can’t afford like protein and fat burners and such. I do a lot of cardio (to build resistance). I have a naturally muscular build but I’m not super strong overall so too much weight lifting hurts me (plus I don’t have access to a lot of free weights).
Not being super strong means you need to build strength.
Yeah, and I will. It just takes time. I can’t really build muscle and lose fat at the same time.

Yes! I do multiple day fasting primarily though because I smoke weed... so when I intermittent fasting I always end up with munchies😫😂

I just just started really intermittent fasting instead of full day fasting - but I drink either iced green tea or water.
I’m stuck at this certain weight, but I fluctuate 5 pounds up and down a lot. I need to keep it off.
