How widespread do you think that COVID-19 could already be, in the USA?

Considering that the US authorities have now revealed that they've still only tested 1,895 people for COVID-19 (aka 'Wuhan Coronavirus'), across the entirety of the USA in all this time; and that yet, in spite of that, over 400 people, more than 21% of those tested, have tested positive for it, with at least 19 of those few to have been tested for it having already died from it? Do you reckon it's possible that a similar share of the wider US population, 21% or more, could already be infected with the coronavirus right now?
