Is there a lazy-ish way to lose weight?

My son is almost a year old now and I still haven't found the motivation to exercise and diet properly. I also find it hard to find time to go to the gym. I'm 5'5 sitting right at 180 lbs and my weight hasn't fluctuated at all since I dropped the initial birth weight. I'd like to drop 20-30 lbs within the next few months and was wondering if there were like little things I could do to help me lose some weight. I was looking at those sweat belly bands and was just going to wear one when I work but it seems that they don't burn fat. I'd like to be somewhat sexy. 😂
