I'm overweight (not crazy) i'm maybe a stone or so bigger than i should be can't really see it, but i'm starting to get health issues as i eat poor and never exercise, now i'm wanting to change this corona virus situation has happened so don't really want to risk using the gym.
Check out youtube if you have internet at your house! They have some phenomenal trainers on here with free workouts that you don't need a gym for! That is what I am doing at the moment. You can easily lose weight without going near a gym! Or there is always walking and jogging outdoors if you enjoy that as well~

(she posts them around 5am est)She has everything from cardio, ab workouts, and weight training- but every workout can be done at home. Though you might want some cheap dumbbells if you don't have any already.Between her, other trainers on youtube, and watching my food intake, I've lost over 70lbs so far AND gained some muscle as well! :)
