I know this is a pathetic question. I have had a hard time trying to lose weight. I did a good job for a month but then suddenly I have started eating too much again. I have a very stressful work which I don't like but I can't quit and my single old mom is physically and mentally ill who needs my attendance but I am not with her right now and I am 30 years old and all alone. What a tragic life! Anything better than eating to distract me?
