Hey you actually sound like you know what you're talking about. Luckily at my hospital, business has slowed down majorly to make room for the coronavirus cases so we're not in too big of a demand for rooms and they give us an hour before we have to go into those rooms
So long as those time trends continue, you don’t touch your face while on the job, and you practice rigorous hygiene habits and social distancing you are probably safe. You just have to be very disciplined. As this epidemic trends upwards though, administrators will likely cut those times to deal with demand especially if you are in a hospital that is being converted to covid only to deal with severe to critical patients. No one thinks that covid-19 is lingering as a stable aerosol for hours on end. If it were the R0 would be much higher than the data is indicating it is. However there is some data that suggest it might stay airborne for 30 minutes or so, but that isn’t the primary route of transmission. Stay safe.
