I remember some guy who lost tremendous weight just eating potatoes. And I'm like, "Who cares?" Cause I want to see how he looks years from now, and I don't think it's going to be good unless he made some significant alterations.
Cigarettes and cocaine. That's also a good way if the goal is to induce short-term weight loss with no concern whatsoever towards long-term, sustainable weight loss/health (also no concern whatsoever for fertility since women especially tend to benefit from healthy fats to maintain hormones). It might even be better than rice and green tea.
Or why even have the rice in the first place? You can probably lose muscle and water even faster without any fiber or carbs. I'm being kind of an ass but I really don't approve of this stuff. My blunt opinion is that it's reckless and dumb and completely negligent of long-term effects and sustainability.
