Well, I was bullied a lot back in highschool for my weight and being short in highschool. 🤔🤔🤔
This. ^^ Health is integrative. On top of losing the weight (congratulations btw!) try to make sure you're eating well, sleeping enough, getting fresh air, and I definitely recommend guided meditation as well.
@caligirl03 Sleep is the hardest one. Always felt like a waste of time until I realized how good I felt when I slept every night, especially when I got more than an hour or two.
