How can I take my health seriously?

I'm constantly stressed because of this quarantine and how long it's going to last and overall from the Rona. So I keep eating 3000+ calories a day which is way too much for me, not working out, constantly eating white bread and noodles when I'm allergic, feel really tired and don't take care of myself or my vitamin deficiency.
I really want to change that. I've been trying but I fell back on bad habits. I have no idea what to do! Any tips?
