Anything past 0 I guess, but. anything above 5 is good. I mean compared to people who don't regularly workout. If she was to dedicate herself to doing lots of pushups I guess she should be able to go past 20. Depends how you see it. I personally don't do push ups regularly, but now that the gym is closed I tried to do them and surpsingly I can do them now. I couldn't any in the past.

It was always like that though. Women naturally have stronger lower bodies lol. I train my upper body as often as my lower body. I just don't do as much volume for each upper body muscle because it isn't necessary for growth and it would take forever. Overall I am twice as strong as when i started on both parts. It is not a butt craze. I could say guys are crazy about upper body too. That is just what you're naturally better at.
