Why aren't I losing weight?

So I'm currently 20 years old, ~200lbs, and 5'8.
Since the quarantine began I've eaten substantially less, once or twice per day and usually just a sandwich (PB and J or Ham sandwich with light mayo, pepper jack cheese and a bit of spicy mustard). At best I hover between 190 and 200lbs but never exceeding 200 or lower than 190.
Is there a reason I'm not losing weight faster or is this just a natural plateau for my body?
