Workout plan for today? Also, what type of music do you train to?

I’ll be going on a long run in a short bit followed by some lower body work later in the day.

Here’s what it will look like
-long run 5+ miles

-pistol squats w/40 LB dumbbell: 3
-air squats: 35
-side lunges: 20
-step ups: 30
3 rounds

-sit-ups: 50
-pull-up body curls: 10
-toe to bar: 10
3 rounds

I listen to mostly 80s pop hits

I’ve been lazy recently when it comes to my training... That’s why I like Mondays, because they represent the start of a new week, even though it’s just a psychological phenomenon. For me, it actually helps. The first day of the week, can actually bring momentum for the rest of the week, possibly month, and then years. It’s symbolic to me, again psychological.
