Yeah im trying to figure out how to get into a routine maybe :)?
Right now we’re in the same boat, because even though i do some exercise at home, i don’t really know if what i’m doing is enough. But you could look for youtube videos or apps (the nike app and 7 minute abs have great workouts) that have exercise routines. When everything gets back to normal i suggest you try out some of the sports you included in your question, and see which one of those you enjoy the most and stick to one of them for 3 or 4 times a week. If not, you could get a gym subscription and they have trainers there who can create a routine for you. Hope this helps!
Maybe a trainer isn't a bad idea. ...
I used to run track in school and x- country and in the army... but I've been away from exercise programs so long im so lost where to start again im not used to being this out of shape.
If you adapt to a different diet - you can stay in shape without doing as much exercise as you did in the past - I barely lost any weight while working on my feet for 6-8 hours a day - but 3 weeks of dieting and I'm down 9 pounds.
That's incredible. What diet were you on keto?
I just drink Matcha Green Tea - I take 1.6 times the recommended dosage - I heard using too much can damage your liver so to preserve liver health I also take turmeric and hawthorn berry which you can order from Wal Mart - but I think hawthorn protects your heart and kidneys more than the liver
Lol yeahhh I totally know the feeling. And I am curious what works for others hoping it might help me form a idea of where to start. I have a big problem with overdoing it and then getting burnt out. Do you do the same mistake?
Yes i push myself so hard on some workouts i can barely move the next dayAnd it takes me a few days to fully recoverAnd it takes me out of rhythm

Wow that's a lot wooo 1 day lol... weights scare me I don't want to get all bulky.. just lean. Maybe a exercise buddy would help me do you use a friend to exercise with?
I don't use a friend to exercise with, no. Prefer to exercise alone, purely for focus.I wouldn't worry about getting bulky when starting to lift weights, really. It doesn't kick in quickly, and especially not with women, due to generally lower amounts of testosterone in the body. Do high amounts of reps, plenty of compound exercises (squats, pull-ups, etc.), and don't eat a consume a ridiculous amount of protein.
