Am I eating too much or too little to effectively lose weight?

Yesterday I ate at least 5 tuna sandwiches (the equivalent of 2 cans of tuna mixed with mayo, cayenne pepper, and a single can of peas) on potato rolls. I felt really fat but I also felt really hungry. Then this morning I woke up with stomach pains and constipation.
Due to the quarantine I've been mostly just eating tuna sandwiches and pb&js
I don't know how to stop feeling hungry so sometimes I just ignore it in an effort to eat less. I think I'm eating less but I'm always hungry now.
Is there a way to reduce how hungry I feel?
