If you want to keep chocolate try to switch to dark. It’s not as sweet but it’s apparently good for you in small quantities!

What about salt? Salty, dry foods? Dehydration will also cause it.Anything that makes your body disperse and want to relax will make you crave sugar.If you want a thorough exposition look up Chinese medicine/macrobiotics yin and yang pertaining to food. I can't explain it here.
